In terms of major indices, only the bank index is in the red on the Nifty today, whereas the financial, IT, auto, FMCG, metal, pharma, and realty indices are trading in the green.
Currently, the Sensex is showing a gain of 296 points and is trading at the level of 80,798. Meanwhile, the Nifty is seeing an increase of 89 points and is trading at the level of 24,436.
